Report for SMS account: 

 

Menu Bar => Reporting => Request Report

  • Select a services

  • Name your report 

  • Select From Date 

  • Select to Date

  • Group BY: Date, Sender, Status, Campaign, API key.

 

If a customer needs to generate the report date-wise group by option select date. 

If the customer needs to generate the report Sender-ID wise, Group by option select Sender. Like this for other options also...

Filter by Status:  Delivered, Invalid_sub, handset Error, Barred, Net_err, etc.

If customers need to generate the report only Delivered Numbers Just choose Delivered. 

 If the customer needs to generate the report for another status according to that filter by option is going to select and requesting for Report. 

 

NOTIFY EMAIL ADDRESS - You will be notified of this email address, once the report is generated.

 

Here We have Three Options:

  • Generate Summary – Customers can View the Report or else somewhere they can Copy past the Report.

  • Generate Report For Only for Logged in Users (self)

  • Exclude Message Data from Download –  If customers are enabled this option Generate a complete report without Message content.

Note - If customers Need to generate a complete Report They have to disable all the options. 

 

For Reseller Account holders: 

As a reseller, they can generate a report for their end-users. 

Reseller=> Statements => Request Report

  • Select a services

  • Search the User

  • Name your report 

  • Select From Date 

  • Select to Date

 

Here We have two Options:

  • Generate Summary – Customers can View the Report or else somewhere they can Copy past the Report.

  • Exclude Message Data from Download –  If customers are enabled this option Generate a complete report without Message content.

Note - If customers Need to generate a complete Report They have to disable both options.
