What is Smart Link?

URL shortening is a technique in which a URL may be made substantially shorter in length and still direct to the necessary page. This is achieved by using an HTTP Redirect on a short domain name, which links to the web page that has a long URL.

This is especially convenient for messaging technologies which severely limit the number of characters that may be used in a message.

Smart URL feature also tracks the traffic i.e. the number of visits to the domain and further advanced analytics as to who (mobile number) visited the page.

Menu => Smartlink => Create a Link => Title = > Paste long URL link=> select webhook


What is WebHook?

The concept of a WebHook is simple. A WebHook is an HTTP callback. It is a way for an app to provide other applications with real-time information. A webhook delivers data to other applications as it happens, meaning you get data immediately.


We will send curl requests to your server with the above replaceable variables. You can store those details in your CRM and perform any action against it.

Enable Mobile Number Tracking- We can track the customer’s mobile number. 

Capture bot traffic- You can track the number of clicks on the smart link.

Enable conditional routing- It does this through a series of if/then scenarios, where each condition has a predetermined treatment.


Example: If the country code contains the whole word. 

If city/location begin with or end with. Etc.

 

Analyzing the analytics of link: 

We can see numbers of visits, activity, Modified, and status. 

Copy to clipboard- We can copy the short URL link. 

View Analytics: Here we can check the number of visits and the location-wise clicks. 

Download the Visits – the client can download the details of the visit. 

Visits - the client can see details link from which browser customer has viewer, Which device, Platform, Mobile Number, Location, Ip Address and visited on. 

 

What is Smart Media?

Menu => smart media => Client click to choose from the computer 


Once a client uploads the media file link is going to be created. When a client is doing a campaign, they can inserts that link by clicking on the insert option.
